During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the room size generously providing space to accommodate my family. the hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the town center and major attractions. the icing on the cake was the complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and nutritious.
we noticed some stained and dirty linens which made us question the cleanliness of the facility.

The hotel location has easy access to public transport and is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious and include a comfortable sofa. the hotel offers some great facilities including a nice balcony and good air conditioning for hot weather.
The hotel has several drawbacks. the hygiene needs a serious upgrade, some past guests reported dirty linens, bathrooms, and rooms, and there were a few instances of unhelpful and even rude staff members who made the guests feel unwelcome.
